This place is great! We all really enjoyed our hour with all those cute and friendly, kitties! The staff is kind and the place is clean. *If you're bringing a child under 7, you'll need to buy all 8 slots!

Cat Tales Cat Cafe is a sweet and joyful place. The kitties are playful, soft, and of course extremely cute. An hour at Cat Tales is a great way to celebrate an occasion with family or friends! And if you're having a bad day, an hour at Cat Tales can be a real balm for that as well. It's hard to be that concerned with other things when you are surrounded by wonderful kitties. Plus it is a good indoor activity for a hot day day or a rainy one. Cat Tales also has a nice selection of cat toys and cat-related gifts. I love that the cafe supports the associated Cat Tales Rescue NC, a wonderful organization that helps TNVR (trap, neuter, vaccinate, and release) feral cats in the area. And of course, the kitties at the cafe are also up for adoption. It would be such a nice place to go if you are ready to adopt a cat (or two!) since you'll get to spend time with them and get to know them. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely time grabbing coffee and spending time with the kitties! The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to share so much helpful information. I really appreciated how the rescue prioritizes the cats' autonomy and comfort; it’s clear how much they care. They are such a wonderful resource, especially if you’re looking to learn more about how to support feral cats in your own neighborhood.

Purrfectly Wonderful, A Must Visit for Families and Cat Lovers! My daughter and I had such a wonderful afternoon at the Cat Cafe with friends. The space is bright and airy with beautiful floor to ceiling windows, and we were impressed by how exceptionally clean everything was. The staff clearly takes pride in maintaining the space, they clean between each session to keep it immaculate, and the air filters work hard to keep the environment fresh. What really stood out was how kind and attentive the staff was. Our girls were so gentle with the cats, and the whole experience felt warm and welcoming. We also loved knowing that the cafe is helping with cat rescue and placing cats into loving homes. When you visit you're supporting a great cause while you play with adorable cats. Highly recommend for families, cat lovers, or anyone looking for a cozy spot on Franklin!

Love it here! All cats are well cared for and you can tell they only put the friendly ones in the store, while the shy and skittish ones stay in foster. I love that you’re not allowed to pick them up or take food/drinks into the cat lounge and I appreciate these cautionary steps.
